This may have been covered before but I still haven't found a solution that works yet.
I want to hide the "Stock Availability:" from the listings or at least change any positive numerical value to "In Stock" and also enable the ORDER button for anything that is out of stock to replace the Add to cart. Or allow it to add the product to the cart as a BACK ORDERED item.
There are options in the Virtuemart configuration to enable and disable the stock availability but these have NO effect. There is an option for Zero stock items to be orderable but no order buttion is displayed. I have seen many posts of people having the same issue.
Most of the solutions I have seen refer to PHP files that don't exist it ask to add / change code that I can not find anywhere. Most likely the code has changed over different versions.
