Hello
in the order form there is information on the customer's address as: Name , address, postcode, city, country ... When the customer makes an order, a confirmation email and a pdf invoice are sent to him except that the "country" field does not appear on the e-mail or on the invoice.
In the administration of the orders there is no problem all the informations are present.

A solution ?

Now I try on our demo shop (core VirtueMart 3.8.6 10373) and I see country on email for customer and admin too.

Can you please describe more precisely what solution you are looking for?

Check to see if you have any invoice template overrides

This is likely to be the problem.
