Title: Extension for take away/delivery for restaurant

I can't find an extension for a restaurant that offer the take away and delivery to local customers? Customer can choose hour of the delivery, delivery with X km around the restaurant ? If someone can help me. Thank you.

you would handle that in the cart with a custom field or what ever... 

a shipping plugin is a shipping plugin...
