Title: Not able to create reviews in backend

I have around 20 products with each 20 reviews , i always added the reviews true the backend. For some reason today when i add review and save it it says review succesfully saved but its not listed under products and completely missing ,even in the frontend.

I reinstalled virtuemart again no succes
i updated and rebooted server no succes

Why is it not working anymore?

Virtumart 3.8.6
joomla 3.9.23

Update , im not even able to delete reviews anymore either , like mentioned i reinstalled virtumart again i use latest joomla version i upgraded and rebooted server

Upgraded ? All extensions Up to date? PHP version ...
Probably some old out of date extensions causing errors. Need more info. Other problems ...
