Title: TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get the size of the image
Post by: nicoco59 on March 09, 2020, 01:08:06 AM
Hi,

I'm having troubles for one month since I updated Virtuemart (VirtueMart 3.6.10 10211) and my theme (https://www.olympianthemes.com/virtuemart-templates/zeus-virtuemart-template.html) the order confirmation email isn't sent to me (and I guess not to the buyer as well) and also if I try to generate an invoice I have this error : TCPDF ERROR: [Image] Unable to get the size of the image.

The picture exist in the folder and the url is correct, it's a png file and the size is like 60x48, I updated again the component com_tcpdf to 1.0.8 again in case, and removed the link to the picture file in the shipment option, the bug still occurs though.

Is there a way I can change a php file somewhere (tcpdf ?) to make it work again ? Can the bug be related to the theme update ? (I have problems with the product's url in the order as well, my site is multilingual)

Thanks for your help,

Nicolas

Don`t use png for vendor logo.
That is it.

Thanks for your answers, indeed seems not matter which shipment / payment / vendor logo you use, if it's in png it won't work. I'll wait for a fix, but it's so boring.

This has been an issue for several years. I would not expect a fix for this. Use jpg.
