Hi. I have big problem.
I made a copy of the site and translated it into another language. I have an older version of CSVI and exported the data that I had translated. Now the translator has sent me the translated files and I can't import them back.
For example:
export categories
virtuemart_category_id; category_name; slug
virtuemart_category_id;category_name;slug
1;Gasztro felszerelés;gasztro-felszereles
2;Húsipari töltőgépek;husipari-toltogepek
3;Húsdarálók;húsdarálók
4;Kutterek;kutterek
I use the same field for import.
Result?
1 Incorrect Failure The field category_path is not found in the import file. This field is required for the import category.
Why is the "category_path" field important for import when the only important is "virtuemart_category_id" ?! It didn't want to export. Now that I have everything translated and paid can I throw it away? Can I save it somehow?
PS: "category_path" cannot be used because it is translated into another language. Will I pay translation 3x more text?
Thank you for your ideas.
Not much to go on here.
You are talking about a translator and old and new csvi versions, You do not mention which, but that is unimportant. Looks like a csvi issue, please talk to csvi about this.
