when admin virtuemart go to order->order list and enable notify shoper checkbox and click update order status i see the (menu virtuemart->order-list) pdf order
how to auto enable notify shoper when confirm order
virtuemart admin order list (shot-1.jpg) and menu frontend virtuemart ->orderlist (shot-2.jpg)
please see the attach file and help me to resolve problem

You say that Your settings are correct, then You should debug Your site. The shopper is being notified if the send email to customer is added for the the status that You consider is success payment. Without such this setting no notification. Also try turning of the cration of invoice. If the email comes through, you have problems with Your invoice settings. Still no email You have email problems. Testing multiple issues at once is a very bad idea. Is Your email working ? Are You having jscript issues. Are You using default Template. Are You using extra plugins, are You using extensions not ready for PHP 7.2 ???
