is not found, where i can find modify and create my template
loves this mistake <span class="PricesalesPrice">1 USD</span>
in VM 3.4.2 ??

prices are rendered in components\com_virtuemart\sublayouts\prices.php

You are not very helpful and not supplying much info. As GJC sais, this looks like a non standard template. Talk with the template supplier about this.

Secondly - Please dont think that you are in any position to demand anything

Thirdly - microdata (explain what are you talking about in more detail) - if you mean snippets - then there is already a sublayout file that handles this and that can be overwritten using:-

\templates\yourtemplate\html\com_virtuemart\sublayouts\snippets.php
