I have an old website (Joomla 2.5 + VM 2.0.22a) and i would like to export all my products/category/customers in order to import their to a new Joomla (2.5) VM (3.2.12) website.
Is there any extension that could do it ?

You can use daycount migrator https://www.daycounts.com/migrator. It's not always a perfect solution but the simplest one.
It need to run the old and new site in the same server to migrate.
You can use CSVI Pro, but it's more complexe and result is not better
Another solution is to copy with akeeba to your new server then update step by step from VM 2.0 to VM 2.6 then VM 3.2 and remove at end all the datas and component you want remove.
Note that you should update to Joomla 3.8, so you can use PHP 7.1 and have last security fixes
