currently, it looks like this with radio function

so as you can see the drop-down function looks much better than having the radio button
I had found a similar posting about this problem in the thread http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=102198.0 (http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=102198.0) before. but it seems that since the thread was last posted in 2012 so the modification doesn't seem to work with the latest version of VirtueMart. so my question is any idea where I need to put similar code setting in that thread to the latest VirtueMart version? so that I can have the same dropdown shipping payment like in the screenshot?
