Title: State Fields / JQuery Conflict

I have a live site that WAS working fine but just started getting calls that customers cannot check out. The State / Province / Region dropdown shows nothing when trying to check out. I have searched the boards and tried MANY solutions but nothing has worked...yet. I am hoping that a genius on here can help me find and fix this issue.

It looks like you are using Joomla's registration module for creating an account and not the conventional VirtueMart editaddresscartBT
