Hi,
in all my products detail page, the second image thumb display duplicated, here: http://www.caldaie.shop/shop/riscaldamento/caldaia-konx24-14-detail.html
If I add third image, all display correctly.
why?

Looks like a problem with your template. If you force the page to use Protostar as Joomla template there is no image duplication.
