Title: VM3 Store - Default Shipment Not Working

HI, My client is pushing me to make his store go live, however, I cannot get the default shipment to select.  There are 5 Shipment methods, Aust Post is set as the default, and available to all shopper groups.  When I go to my cart I am seeing "No shipment method has been configured".

What shall I do to fix this urgently?

Also, is there a way to have the buyers country pre-selected to "Australia"?

Check your configurations or contact the Aus Post plugin provider for assistance
