Title: Update 3.0.10 -> 3.0.18 PayPal Express missing at checkout

After Update 3.0.10 -> 3.0.18 (Joomla 3.6.5) PayPal Express is not available at checkout. The payment settings were not changed.

Obviously only PayPal Express is affected. It isn't shown at the checkout. What to do?

Did you also update the AIO?

Yes I did. Now I copied the old directory of the plugin PayPal in the new directory plugins/vmpayment. It works.

Obviously there is a difference between those versions...

Maybe it appears on top instead on bottom.
