Hello. I need to translate the word manufacturer, "Producent" in polish language. Where I cant edit it? I tried to translate some language files and even added MOD_VIRTUEMART_MANUFACTURER_SHOW text to override translations.

If this is in the product details, then it should be COM_VIRTUEMART_MANUFACTURER_NAME
But some template have own key, so to find the key, you need to us the back-end extention>language>substitution click new and search for the key or text on right side
