Hi,

our shop in Germany sells photos worldwide. The photos have the same price, 50 EUR. Selling within EU requires 19% VAT.

How to set up the shop, to sell photos 50 EUR in all countries ?

EU: 42.02 EUR + 17.98 EUR ( VAT) = 50 EUR
The rest: 50 EUR (no VAT).

a positive % 19 "discount" for all non EU ?

Set price to 50.
Create VAT rule for EU countries.
Create hidden discount for EU countries.
