Title: PayPal - order complete status always PENDING

Hi,

I tested with Live and Sandbox mode, payment is completed and user returns to site.
Order status shows as pending, But should be Confirmed.
I attached my order statuses

Joomla 3.6.2
Virtuemart 3.0.17.6
PHP version 5.5.38

Please advise,

there are plenty of post on here about paypal and status.. have you searched?

debug, logging, testing, ipn history etc etc
