Hello All,

I am using joomla 3.3.6 and virtuemart 2.9.9c. I am unable to register user from virtuemart registration. I have disabled SEF. Once I fill the form and submit the form nothing is happen and form is just reload with blank fields.

I have tested the issue with updating joomla to version 3.6.0 but have no luck.

Please help.

VM2.9.9c is a 2 years old beta/testing version as part of a series leading up to the release of VM3. It was buggy and a partly fixed version, 2.9.9d, was released just 4 days later. You should now be using at least VM3.0.16, and 3.0.18 is due for release very soon, as it is in final testing. These versions will work with Joomla 3.6.2. http://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/files

You may find that using a current version fixes your problem.

also check joomla ->users->config that u have allowed registration
