Title: Do not add in your shopping cart, just after reloading the page

We have the following problem after updating virtuemart.
When adding a product into the basket, the basket can not be updated,
This only happens after reloading the page.
What is wrong, how can I fix this.

Current configuration
VirtueMart 3.0.16
Joomla! 3.6.2

normally incompatible template or JS problem

tried with the protostar template/std VM cart module?
