Hi,
I am having an issue with items that are showing out of stock when in fact they are in stock. The issue is being caused by the booked, ordered stock being as high as the in stock field. I have no idea why this is happening as it was previously fine and I understand this is normal for the system but is causing an issue. When would this field be cleared? We don't really use it for anything as we have a third party extension that updates the stock from our database with the correct number after each order. If I could find a way to clear the field that would be great as currently I am either doing it manually or in the database by updating them to 0.

It gets updated when a confirmed order has been shipped. This is the normal order flow. The booked amount should be cleared by the same software that marks the order as shipped.

I managed to solve the issue, I had completed selected as reserve for stock handling. Now that it is set to removed the stock goes down and then the booked also clears for that order, only pending orders hold the stock in booked now.
