Title: State / Province / Region issue in virtuemart

Joomla is 3.5.1/ VirtueMart 3.0.16

We just updated to the latest version of virtuemart. There is a problem with the State / Province / Region * in shopping cart.

When you checkout as guest it won't show any option for State / Province / Region * even though the country is chosen ((guest screen). However if you press refresh (CTRL + F5) it will suddenly show State / Province / Region (guest screen reload.jpg).

If you checkout as a logged in user it will work fine. It will show the State / Province / Region *

The problem seems to be the initial checkout for guests.

Any ideas?

it isn't a standard checkout so you need to ask the developer

but it is almost always JS elated .. check your console
