Title: Notify Me email when product is back in stock

Hello,

VM 3.0.8
Joomla 3.4.3

Is there a way to automatically send emails to everyone on the 'Notify Me' list when a product is back in stock? I upgraded my site from VM1 and it used to do that, but now it looks like it doesn't automatically do that. Is this a new 'feature' of VM3? If so, can it be changed?

Been trying to figure out this same thing myself for quite some time now... Really needing a solution to this problem. The "Send an email to shoppers / users waiting to be notified when this product is back in stock" feature isn't working for me either so I can't even notify people manually.

Please, I have the same probleme with VM 3.0.16  and Joomla 3.6.2
The other mails are OK.
