Hello,

I am using Joomla! 3.4.1 and VirtueMart 3.0.8 !
I have enable captcha on Vm configuration but it doesn't displayed on ask a question form on front end! Does anyone have any idea why is this happening?

Have you also enabled the Joomla ReCaptcha plugin and entered your public/secret keys?

If you are using a commercial Joomla/VM template then some do not have the code to display the Captcha.
