I've built a shop with multiple languages. Everything works fine on server A. I've made a backup with AkeebaBackup and installed it on Server B.
The only thing that doesn't work is the shipment methods. On server A the methods are configured with 4 languages - works fine. On server B the languages or any of the saved info doesn't show up. I've checked the database, all the info is in the DB tables for each language. There are no strange paths, everything seems correct and identical.
Weird. I've asked the hoster to see if they can find anything, but the two servers (both with the same hoster) are very similarly configured.
Any ideas? I'm happy to provide access for someone to check it out.
UPDATE:
The hoster has checked everything with the built-in debug tools (joomla and virtuemart) nothing shows up.
I have had them move the client account to the server on which one installation works and : shipment module still doesn't work.
Please take this seriously and help me out. I have no idea what else I can do.
