Title: How Do I Translate Some Words that are in English on My German VirtueMart Site

The word MY CART shows up on the top right hand corner of my website (http://jansen-baumkulturen.de/) i would like to change this word to german or remove it completely.. which ini file do i have to goto? or which file in general.  then when you mouse over the word "IHR WARENKORB IST LEER" the english sentence "YOUR CART CONTAINS" pops up... I would like to change this to german. please can someone help me? where do i need to go to do this changes

Additional info:
The "My cart" probably is the cart module title. For a bilingual shop you need to publish two copies of the module, one for each language. And don't forget to assign the correct language tag to each of the modules and assign them to the corresponding menu items.
