Hi,

Is it possible for virtuemart to offer visitor to select city of delivery on main page and accordingly products on main page  and add on products change?

make cities the categories and add the products to what ever "city" applies???

Thank you very much for help.That sound like perfect solution.

IS there any way I can have different shipping fee for different category (cities) and different add on products ( products which customer add later during checkout) depending on categories ?

shipping by category or product has been discussed many times on here .. you could try configuring the "rules" shipping plugin  - Google it
