with other research I realized that I have to work on the file products.php in the folder
/ components / com_virtuemart / sublayouts
to be set out in the template override
the point is that after several attempts still have not been able to show the numerical quantity ...

do u mean the stock level (i.e. how many products you have in stock) of the product?
is just what I need
and that I managed to get by putting hand to products.php file, in the folder of sublayouts
