Should I Wait? for VirtueMart or start with mambo-shop. Looking at the News section of the site it looks like virtuemart will be ready any second now. Should I wait a few days or is a few more weeks more realistic, because then I wouldn't wait.

Nothings stops you from downloading VirtueMart and experiment with it. Who knows the v1.0 version will be there the time you actually start implementing. If not, you always can install phpshop if it this that urgent.

Thanks for the reply when you said beta was available I went and looked again. I guess it was a littel early for a saturday and I looked right through it the first time. Yeah, no rush, no worries, I'm just testing for now trying to decide between oscommerce and virtue mart.
richw76, trully, I have the same question on my mind, but I would chose betwin ZEN CART and VirtueMart.
