Title: modifying cart
Post by: cerkauskas on April 01, 2014, 17:20:48 PM
hey! I need to do joomla virtuemart one-page cart to step-based. I made it in configuration, but it doesn't work as I want. User clicks on address, types address, saves and goes back to first step. I want to have flowing steps: on step 1 user does that, on step 2 he does that, on step 3 that and finally pays. Could anyone help me? Thanks! p.s. VM version 2.0.26d, joomla version 2.5.6

The redirects are in the user controller. You can do a core hack, but it is not recommend!

Can be done with template overrides and css changes, but is already available as plugins, look through http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?board=135.0.
See this example: http://www.virtueplanet.com/vp-one-page-checkout-detail
