Hi,

Right tried to install Virtuemart on a fresh Joomla 3 website.
When i try it says it cannot find the Joomla XML setup file.

Any ideas please?

The general test version for installation on J3.x is VM2.1.1 (http://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/files) - this is installable but buggy and does not include the range of features included in the soon to be released VM2.6 (or 2.5.x) version for use on J2.5.x. So basically i need to install Joomla 2.5 then and upgrade to v3 once VM3 is released?

If you are not an experienced Joomla developer & tester then yes, use J2.5.19 and VM2.0.26d (or 2.5.2)
