Title: Stuck in Shopping cart loop

Newbie - Big time.
I'm trying to set up a shopping cart on my webpage using "version 2.0.26d"
I seem to be stuck in a loop.
When I get to the PayPal option I click on save and go back to the shopping cart.
When I am at the shopping cart I click checkout I go to the PayPal screen.
