After upgrading from VM 2.0.20b to 2.0.26a I noticed the appearance of unprinted invoices in Orders > Print View column has changed. Before all order invoices and delivery notes that hadn't been viewed yet displayed a red cross + on the icons. After the update those red crosses no longer display. Is that intentional? When there's a red cross on the icon, the tooltip reads "Force creation of invoice" and when it's gone the tooltip reads only "Invoice". Are the invoices and delivery notes being generated automatically now instead of when you click the icon to view them for the first time?
We were using that red cross to easily identify which invoices we hadn't printed yet.
Thanks for clarification of how this is designed to work in 2.0.26a!

Clicking on the icons downloads the delivery note or invoice to your PC. After this the red plusses will be removed from that order, but you can still download a new copy.
That's what I expected and how it used to work. But after update to 2.0.26a on a test copy of my site the red plusses are no longer displayed on new orders that haven't been viewed yet.
Jenkinhill informed me there is a version 2.0.26b available even though it's not yet an official release. I installed b and it appears to have fixed this issue, as well as another one I was having. The problem was possibly related to out of memory issues with 2.0.26a installation.
I'll try it on the live site now...

I tried upgrading the live site to VM 2.0.26b, but the red plusses still don't appear on my invoice icons. They do on the local MAMP copy of the website, but not on the live dedicated server at 1and1. I also discovered that b broke my checkout and put me in an endless loop of pick shipping, check out now, and back to pick shipping, then checkout now and back to pick shipping. Had to install 2.0.26a over b to get it working. Still no red plusses over my invoice icons. Bummer.
