When adding billing information to select state for US country there is nothing in dropbox menu. So you cannot go any further. Please help with this asap.

Is a JavaScript confict, error shows as TypeError: $(...).chosen is not a function

You are loading two versions of jQuery, the second one is:
<script src="components/com_jsautoz/lightbox/js/jquery.js" type="text/javascript"></script>

So try disabling that component and see it the dropdown works. Could also be a third party plugin causing the issue.
