Title: can not update order status, takes me to Joomla back end home page

When i try to update an order status virtuemart takes me to the Joomla back end home scree, like the one you first login into. i am using 2.0.24c joomla 2.5.16.

does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Are you the vendor for the product ordered?

The problem actually got worse. On the orders list screen none of the Column orders work. for example if i try and change the order sort or the sort of any of the column headings i get kicked out top the Joomla home page.

Can someone assist or now of these issues?

Other possibility is a third party plugin causing problems?
