Hi
Recently I have updated to virtuemart 2.0.24c
My Joomla version is 2.5.16
I use a commercial template from virtuemarttemplates.net

Now to my problem, after the updation when click ask a question button it takes you to a new page instead of opening up in a pop up window. I thought it might be something to do with capatcha plugin that I use, but after unpublishing I still get the same problem.

there is a facebox is not a function error - check your setting for vmadmin->config->config->templates tab
Use Fancybox (try unchecked)

you have JS conflicts - most refer to something called lazyloader - there are loads of posts on here on how to track down JS conflicts..
just do a search on the forum and slowly and methodically go thru the suggestions ..
