Print Page - can't save changes

Hi,
New here, I can't save changes made in the config file e.g. I add a category and then it won't save

Also it gives that the savepath is wrong, but changing and saving that can't be done either.

Need to remark that I installed an complete template with VM included. Anyone has the answer?

Possibly a badly configured package so ask the supplier.
