On the page where I have all the fields for a user to enter their info as they are checking out, I have one which is a checkbox that says "I agree to the Terms of Service" and a checkbox for the user to check.
I need to edit the wording from "I agree to the Terms of Service" to "I agree to the Terms of Service / Privacy Policy located here." I've looked all over trying to find where this is but I can't locate it anywhere. Can someone please tell me where it is or where to look?
Also, I need to make the "here" open a new window with the privacy policy content. Is that possible or would it be easier to just add an href link to the page where the info is?

TOS opens in a modal (popup) to change that action use a template override.

I don't know where the com_ files are in Joomla and how in the world would I know which one to edit?
Why would I need to change anything in the language manager?

The language constant is COM_VIRTUEMART_I_AGREE_TO_TOS
Make an override for it in the language manager. I gave you links to "how to"
