Title: How do I delete child products?

I have version 2.0.24 and I can't for the life of me work out how to DELETE CHILDREN so I can delete a Parent Product. Can someone please help? I am not a web developer, just a back end user trying to keep my site tidy! Surely it shouldn't be this hard!

Under your Product Listing, in the Column "Product has children" click on the "4 children" (or whatever) link in that column for the item you need - then delete the products.
