Title: Enable Automatic Selected Payment stopped working in 2.024 upgrade

Joomla 2.5.14
VM 2.024 upgraded from 2.0.22c

Hello,
As the subject says, auto selected payment no longer works after update to 2.0.24. I only have one payment method, paypal, and didn't change any settings when I upgraded. Can anyone help w/this annoying problem? Thanks.

PS naturally, I have the checkbox checked to enable the option.
