Print Page - Shopper Field not working as expected

Title: Shopper Field not working as expected

My Virtuemart version is 2.0.22.c downloaded Monday
Joomla is 2.5.14

I need some extra fields in the cart, so I created some Shopper Fields. 5 total. All required. All in the Ship to section.
They do not show in the cart. After the SHip to is saved, they should show in the cart. And the choices are not being saved in the back end. Meaning they are not visible in the order.

I searched for hours and got nothing.

Please let me know if there is a solution.

Could you post a link where you couldn't see mentioned fields?

What choices? I can't understand you. Maybe a screenshot?
