Print Page - No Category in SEF URL

From a category page when I view a products detail page the urls drop the category:

domain.com/shop
domain.com/shop/category
domain.com/shop/category/product-page-title

I get

domain.com/shop
domain.com/shop/category
domain.com/shop/product-page-title

Any ideas!?

Do you have Joomla menu items assigned to your shop categories?
