Print Page - Number 0 in registration input fields

Please help,
I have virtuemart installed on my site.

When a user is going through the checkout process and gets to the registration page.
There is a default number '0' in the input fields, you can see this here: http://www.buildersinburnley.org/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=user&task=editaddresscheckout&addrtype=BT

Please can you tell me how to remove this number '0'.
