Hello,

After some searching, and reading Milbo's advise on how to perform a product change (rather than picture change) on selection of colors from a drop down, here's what i have come up with. Hope this helps someone.

1. First, create a product and enter all the details you would want a Child Product to contain as well - such as price.
2. Next add Child Products - This is available on the page of the product created in Step 1.
3. Be sure to add pictures to the Child Products. You can also change details here. But if the only detail that needs to be changed is price, you can leave that for later.
4. Go to Custom Fields. Custom Field Type -> Generic Child Variant. Please enter a Title as well.
5. Published: Yes, Parent: don't bother with this, Cart Attribute: Yes, Description: You can enter a description if needed.
6. Default - Here is where you will enter options for the Child Products to be selected. Enter the names of the Child Products, separated by ";" (remove quotes). For example: Child Product 1; Child Product 2; Child Product 3. I think you have to enter the names exactly (At least that's what i did).
7. Tooltip - If you'd like to give hints to your customer.
8. Layout Position - Enter "ontop" (without quotes)
9. Admin Only: No, Is a List: Yes, Hidden: No.
10. Now the interesting part. Go to the Parent Product (the product created in Step 1) and select the Custom Fields tab. Under Custom Field Type, select the custom field you created. Save.

Thats it! Now go the product page, and select a product from the drop down menu.

I do have a problem though, i need to hide the "Add To Cart" Button. It currently shows up as a "Choose a product variant first" grey Box. How do i do that?
