Title: Coupon is calculating tax with product

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone can help me.

I am using VM2 2.0.20b

When I use a coupon on my site, it calculates the tax along with the product price.

EX: $17.00 plus 6% tax = $18.02

My discount is 10% off. It is discounting the $18.02 and should be calculating only the product price of $17.00
