Does your joomla able to send mail, registration for example?

yes, the registration email properly come to me and to the customer, while the purchase email only come to the customer. thanks

I suppose your user is the vendor and you have enabled the option Receive System Mails under configuration. Do you use any third party payment plugin? Did you try with the default one?

Yes you have enabled the option, you didn't tell about the plugins... (third party payment/shipment plugins?) Did you try with the default? standard payment and weigh shipment?
