I think there is a bug in vm 2.0.14.
I wanted to give free shiping to clients that have total cart value bigger than 200 euro.
Problem : The price for free shiping is calculated by total price (including tax) which is wrong, normaly it has to be calculated with the base price.
Scenario : 2 diferent persons buy the same products the first has vat the second is not, the products have total base price 195 euros, so the second guy that has vat will get free shiping (cause 195*23%=239.85) and the first will not.
So i think this is wrong.
How i can make the free shiping to be calculated on base price ?
