Hello, is there any way to make the ask question window open in a new one or like a popup? Because when the mail is sent and the confirmation window appears, the close button doesn't work. I want people to stay in the product they are visiting

That version of Joomla is not only way out of date but has known critical security issues. I suggest you update ASAP! Preferably to 2.5.8

Normal VM2 function is that the ask question form does open in a popup. If yours does not that suggests you may have a JavaScript conflict.
