Title: Payment Method, PayPal payment email NOT Saving

Joomla! 2.5.8
VM 2.0.14
AIO:    2.0.14

Two problems.

1. PayPal payment method will not save any changes made in the Configuration Tab of the Payment Method Editor.
2. Payment Method does not show in cart even though it is published and auto select is enabled.

Help please.

If no one has a solution - can someone tell me which table to edit and value to set in the DB  to end run the administrator?

I had a similar problem.  Took me 3 days to figure it out.  If you have RokBooster plugin... disable it ... It and VM dont like each other.  IF you dont have that plugin your problem is something else.. hope this helps someone

For me, I installed an update for VM and the VM AIO. Then in discovery, it had a new PayPal plugin to install and activate. It worked after that.
