Title: Disable or Hide Shipping

Joomla 1.5.26
Virue Mart: 2.0.12f

I have kept 1US$ as the amount for Free shipping.
But on the checkout page, it shows Free shipping.
Is there any way that I can hide it or disable it.

Quickest is to use a language override to change the free shipping to an empty string.

Joomla 1.5 is past end of life and no longer officially supported.

I checked the language file, but could not find the Free Shipping words.

Hi All, I was wondering is it possible to completely disable the shipping in VM 2.0.12 and/or add a custom field in the cart section (where the shipping is) so you can input a price value?
what in am trying to get done here is that to have the customer input there own shipping cost and have it added to the total overall cost included product prices and tax. any help is
deeply appreciated.
