The title saids it all. After i updated my virtuemart form 2.0.12e to 2.0.12f it is not possible to add or edit a product.
I just get error 500

Hello,

Whats your PHP version? joomla?
Did you try to take a look inside your joomla log file to see what's the 500 error? Can you disable both vm and joomla SEF and try again?
You could try to reinstall to the latest version using the tar.gz files from http://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/files
